Bob's Java Hut

A two shot Americano with cream gets her going. The sound of her customers riding down Lyndale on their motorcycles gets her excited, the words of Shakespeare makes her grin. She moved to Minnesota in 2005, from a little town without an espresso machine, out East. She LOVES the cold winters here, riding her ‘76 Kawasaki KZ400, playing golf, tattoos, the color orange, photography, the woods, dancing and other such silliness. Managing the Bob’s Crew and serving her customers brings her limitless joy. Plowing through a busy rush at the counter makes her giddy. Plus, 33 is her lucky number! It’s true!)

Assaulting the patrons with verbal abuse on a regular basis, he’s the senior most member of our staff (not sure how/why that happened). If he’s not behind the counter you’ll most likely find him chatting with the barista or customers, enjoying a “Dirty Iced Soy Chai Latte”. On the rare occasions that you don’t see him at Bob’s he’s most likely out riding his 2003 “Roulette Green” Triumph Speed Four or perhaps dancing the night away but always assisting in the corruption of the young and old alike.
